With her deep expertise in curriculum development, leadership, and resource management, she has spearheaded impactful training and initiatives for teacher improvement.

As a certified leadership coach, she's skilled in enhancing workplace performance and professional competencies across departments, employing people-centric and values-based approaches to foster positive organizational cultures and achieve goals.

Notably, Dr. D'Nicole actively contributes to initiatives in STEM education and workforce development, ensuring alignment with national priorities in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.
